Accreditations/Certifications

At Speedie & Associates, we believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. At the present time, Speedie & Associates has a staff of 100 + including ten professional registrants, graduate engineers and geologists. We employ talented individuals with a passion for excellence and service and take pride in our professional development. We offer a mentoring program by our engineers/senior technicians and routinely encourage our employees to pursue the necessary or supplemental certifications that will support their growth within the company and the industry.

Our field and laboratory staff of approximately 65 +/- technicians participate in technician certification programs administered by the Arizona Technical Institute (ATI) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the New Mexico Technician Training and Certification Program (TCCP) and the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET). Furthermore, our senior technicians participate in the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) Certification Program with key personnel also being sent to the Arizona Consulting Engineers Association Leadership in Engineering Administration Program (LEAP).

In addition, to support our geotechnical and materials testing functions, we have fully equipped in-house laboratories, which have been inspected and/or approved by the following agencies:
