Mr. Creaser
is company President/CEO and Geotechnical
Division Manager providing consulting engineering
services for clients in the private sector
and for state, county, and municipal agencies.
Mr. Creaser’s overall project experience
includes commercial, industrial, residential
development, public works and urban/rural
highway projects. He is directly responsible
for managing company-wide geotechnical operations,
including satellite offices. Mr. Creaser personally
conducts investigations and analyses for projects,
directs and guides geotechnical engineers
and technicians in compiling and analyzing
data, provides principal supervision on all
investigations, authors and reviews geotechnical
reports, provides technical guidance and support
to the professional staff and prepares and
reviews soil and foundation reports and specifications.
In addition, Mr. Creaser maintains principal
involvement with and/or direction of all aspects
of the company operations including construction
monitoring activities, field and laboratory
testing of construction materials, pavement
design, environmental assessments, forensic
analysis and other related activities.

Mr. Creaser
is Senior Vice President/CFO and Field Services
Division Manager with overall responsibility
for the administration and execution of all
Construction Materials Testing and Inspection
services performed by the firm including northern
satellite offices. It is Mr. Creaser’s
ultimate responsibility for ensuring that
adequate personnel and other resources are
made available for each project and for the
quality and timeliness of Speedie & Associates
overall performance - administratively, technically,
and financially. In addition, Mr. Creaser
provides principal oversight in all financial
transactions of the firm and performs review
of the majority of contractual matters.

Mr. Cornelison
is company Vice President and Laboratory Division
Manager with a background of over 30 years
in civil engineering. He is responsible for
all administrative and technical activities
of the Central Materials Testing Laboratory.
He directs a staff of more than 20 employees
involved in materials engineering and testing,
construction materials evaluation and optimization,
and asphalt and concrete mix designs. In addition,
Mr. Cornelison is directly responsible for
the technical operations of two satellite
office laboratories and eight field laboratories.
Mr. Cornelison also provides consulting and
troubleshooting services to numerous clients,
both in the private and public sectors. These
services include performing field investigations
on distressed and problem pavements and providing
recommended methods and materials for repair
or other remedial measures.
