The qualifications listed for the positions below should give the individual an idea of what the firm is looking for when it is hiring.
Staff
Geotechnical Engineer:
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to client service
- A strong background in soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field is required, E.I.T. registration a plus
Project
Manager - Geotechnical Engineer:
To direct drilling
and sampling activities, design calculations, report preparation and proposals; extensive
client contact is involved in the job.
Requirements:
- Excellent
verbal and written communications skills
- Must
possess a B.S. Civil Engineering or related
fields
- M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering
a plus
- Should be a registered
P.E. or possess the ability to obtain in Arizona within
6 months and/or have a minimum of five
(5) years experience in Geotechnical Engineering/Engineering
Geology
Environmental Specialist:
Requirements:
-
B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering or science, geology, or related field
-
3-5 years ESA Phase I and Phase II experience to include site assessment, research activities and report writing; investigation activities for due diligence purposes with regard to sampling and testing of water and soils
-
OHSA 40-hour training and AHERA certification, additional certifications a plus

R.G., P.E. and other registrations also a plus
